Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit.

• Full payment is due 24 hours before the tour start date.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance.

5. Travel Documents

All travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any required visas for entry into Israel.
